Canvassing Training for Individuals: Learn about the constitutional rights that protect businesses and their employees, the free resources WAND volunteers share with businesses, what business owners and staff should know about preparing for and responding to an ICE interaction, and how you can get started volunteering with us. UFMC Work Party - Looking for a way to volunteer and give back to those who provide service to us and the whole community? Join Auburn First United Methodist on the first Saturday of every month between 9-12PM. Volunteers will be asked to do various maintenance tasks around the church grounds (e.g. landscaping maintenance, general clean up, small repairs/improvements). Providing your time helps UFMC continue to provide a service to our community. |

Defending Democracy Bannering - Join us on May 23 12:30-2PM on the 277th and Hwy 167 overpass for our bannering effort. We will be smiling, waving and reminding commuters that we must defend our democracy, rein in ICE and stop the corruption. To remain safe, make sure you park along West Valley and, using crosswalks, walk to the overpass. Carpooling is recommended - parking is at a premium. |
