Auburn City Council holds its regular monthly meeting, open to the public with a general public comment period on any topic — including the city’s Flock Safety automated license plate reader (ALPR) contract.

Indivisible Auburn WA continues to push Auburn to cancel its Flock Safety contract. If you’re concerned about surveillance overreach in our city, come speak during public comment.

Agenda highlights: King County interlocal agreement (Soos Creek Botanical Garden), PSE easement for the Auburn Ave Theater project, Live/Work code updates, a Child Care Centers ordinance, and a SWAT rifle surplus resolution.

Can’t attend in person? Written comments are accepted by the City Clerk (mail or fax) until 5:00 PM the day of the meeting.
