Auburn City Council meets Monday, July 20 at 7 PM — and Indivisible Auburn WA members are turning out to speak up against Flock Safety automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras in our city. ALPR cameras track every car that passes, building a searchable record of where you go and when. Our chapter is part of the ACLU-aligned Get The Flock Out campaign pushing to get these surveillance cameras out of Auburn. Bon Odori 2026 – White River Buddist Temple: Odori is the Japanese Buddhist holiday to honor the spirits of one’s ancestors. It is of significant religious importance and is the biggest event of the year for the Temple. For over 50 years, White River Buddhist Temple has held this annual gathering welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, July 25th from 4:00 – 9:30 pm.
