The goal of Washington Neighborhood Defense, WAND, is to visit every business in WA State to help them know their rights and protect their employees in the event of an ICE interaction.

WAND training will provide you the skills and a script to visit businesses with free Know Your Rights resources and tools supplied by state and national immigrant-led rights organizations. Materials are designed specifically for Washington employers and differ from individual KYR resources.
